MO 14 LABORATORY PULVERISER

DESCRIPTION

Pulverization occurs by impact attrition or crushing. The capacity of Pulveriser depends upon the grind ability of the material & the fineness desired. Capacity can also be affected by excessive moisture in the material. The Laboratory Pulveriser is a disc type grinder designed for grinding any material to produce a tine mesh sample in one operation. The Pulveriser is a useful for assaying, mining and for metallurgical, quarrying, aggregate processing, chemical, geological and industrial laboratory. It is self-contained grinder furnished with rotating disc having a planetary movement in a vertical plane. This feature gives added life to the moving parts and produces a sample of uniform fineness. Grinding is done between two discs: one of them is stationary and the other revolving eccentrically at high speed. Adjustment for size of product may by use of a convenient hand wheel when the machine is in operation or at rest. The discs are made from heat-treated metal. With the help of a convenient hand sheet, the size of the final production can be adjusted. This can be done even while the machine is in operation. A self -locking device holds the hinged grinding chamber in place and affords easy and quick access to it, for removal of ground samples and for cleaning.
