TD 01 VAPOUR COMPRESSION REFRIGERATION TEST RIG

THE APPARATUS CONSIST OF:

 

COMPRESSOR: – Hermetically Sealed Compressor to work on 220V AC 50 HZ operates on 134A Refrigerant with Standard Electrical Accessories.

CONDENSER: – Suitable Fins and Tube Air-Cooled Condenser.

FAN MOTOR: – 1/35 H.P Condenser Fan Motor with fan.

CAPILLARY EXP VALVES: – Capillary exp valve.

EVAPORATOR: – The evaporator tank made out of stainless steel and copper tubes submerged in the water, to give refrigerant effect. The outer body made out of stainless steel and duly insulated.

CONTROLS AND STANDARD ACCESSORIES

 

  • Energy meter for compressor.
  • Filter drier.
  • Pressure gauges suction and discharge imported especially for R 134 a refrigerant.
  • Digital temperature indicator at various points in 0C with PT. 100 probes.
  • Digital voltmeter.
  • Digital AMP meter for compressor.
  • Digital AMP meter for heater.
  • Heater with dimmer.
  • 32 AMP DP switch, 15 AMP power switches for other parts.
  • Heating thermostat.
  • Cooling thermostat.
  • Agitator motor.
  • Gas charging valve.
  • Electrical wiring duly inter locked.
  • Nameplates on each part.
