THE APPARATUS CONSIST OF:

• Compressor Unit: 1/2 Ton of refrigeration hermetically sealed compressor of standard make suitable for 134a refrigerant. (01 No.)
• Condenser Unit: Forced draft finned type copper coiled air cooled condenser with fan motor (01 )
• Expansion Unit: Thermostatic Expansion Valve. (01 No.)
• Evaporator Unit: Forced draft finned type copper coiled air cooled Evaporator. (01 No.)
• Flow Measurement Unit: Suitable range of float type glass tube Rota meter is used. (01 No.)
• De-Humidifier: Electrical Heater used for removal of moisture in air. (01 No.)
• Boiler; (01 No each.)
  1. Suitable Baby Boiler for steam generation.
  2. Pressure Gauge used for measure the steam pressure inside the boiler.
• Blower: 8”, high speed Centrifugal blower. (01 No.)

CONTROL PANEL UNIT

1. Digital temperature Indicator with selector switch with set of thermocouples is mounted on various locations. (01 No.)
2. Cam operated On-Off switch. (02 No.)
3. Voltmeter provided for voltage measurement. (01 No.)
4. Ammeter provided for load measurement. (01 No.)
5. Energy meter for power measurement. (01 No.)
6. 0 to 350 PSI Pressure Gauge in delivery line. (01 No.)
7. -30 to 0 to 150 PSI compound Gauge mounted on suction line (01 No.)
8. HP & LP safety cutout is used as a safety. (01 No.)

Whole unit is fitted on strong and sturdy supporting stand with appreciate color combination powder coating.
