EP 10 ENGINE TEST SETUP 1 CYLINDER, 4 STROKE, PETROL (VCR)

The setup consists of single cylinder, four stroke, VCR (Variable Compression Ratio) Petrol Engine connected to dynamometer for loading. The compression ratio can be changed without stopping the engine and without altering the combustion chamber geometry by specially designed cylinder block arrangement.The setup consists of single cylinder, four stroke, Petrol engine connected to dynamometer for variable loading. The setup has standalone type independent panel box consisting of air box, fuel tank, manometer, fuel measuring unit. Engine jacket cooling water inlet, outlet and exhaust gas temperature is displayed on temperature indicator. Flowmeter is provided for cooling water flow measurement.
